About Me

Hey beauties! Welcome to my blog, The Mommionaire Club. In order for you to understand more about my blog you’re going to need to understand more about me, so here we go!

I’m a young mom of one (soon to be two!) Rambunctious boys. I’m originally from 16832146_1829728737267603_2253270784142237343_nWisconsin but moved to Michigan with my fiance’ shortly after our son was born.

During the first early stages of motherhood I tried working outside of the home, first as a nursing assistant, then a security officer. Both jobs were third shift (bad idea!) and completely draining. We had a little extra money coming in, but at the end of the day I was left exhausted, sleeping all day and feeling like I had no time to bond with my son, which is super important in the first few months.

So we opted for me to be a stay at home mom, which I loved. But I’m the type of person who always needs to feel like I have a goal, purpose, and ambition in life. I’m most definitely NOT saying that being a STAHM didn’t give me those things, but I ached for more.

Thus my journey as a WORK at home mome began. I spent months researching and using the try and fail system. I learned from evey business venture, mistake, and lesson. So here I am.

I am now an independent author (under three different pen names), freelance graphic designer, and freelance journalist.

At times I feel like I’m losing my mind, but there is no feeling like being your own boss. And getting to stay home and raise my babies is the icing on the financial cake.

This blog is to support other moms out there who are (or want to be) living the work from home mom life!
